Key questions when choosing a DMC
Can we book just one service, like transfers or staff?
Yes. You can book a single service or combine several. Many clients start with one service and later extend the scope once they see how we work.
Do you only work in certain cities in Spain?
We work in Spain’s main MICE hubs – including Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Andalusia and the Balearic Islands – and can support events in other regions on request.
Can you coordinate services with our internal or agency team?
Of course. We regularly collaborate with in-house event teams and international agencies, integrating our services into your existing plans and workflows.
How far in advance should we confirm services?
The earlier the better, especially for venues and large groups. As a reference, 3–6 months works well for most corporate events, but we will always tell you honestly what is realistic for your dates.
