Key questions when choosing a DMC

Do you only work in major cities or also in smaller regions?

We operate through local hubs in Spain’s main MICE cities and also cover secondary destinations. If your event location is not listed on our website, share it with us and we will confirm feasibility and options.

What group sizes do you usually handle?

We regularly manage programs from small leadership groups of 20–30 people to conferences and incentives for several hundred attendees. For very large audiences, we scale with additional producers and trusted local suppliers.

How far in advance should we start planning?

Ideally 3–6 months for most corporate events, and longer for complex, multi-city programs or peak dates. However, if you have a shorter lead time, contact us and we’ll tell you honestly what is realistic in each destination.

Do you work with agencies as well as end clients?

Yes. We partner both with international agencies looking for reliable local event support and with corporate clients directly. In both cases, we adapt to your processes, reporting needs and decision structure.
