How far in advance should a venue be booked?
For large groups or peak dates, 6 to 12 months ahead. Congress calendars and trade fairs can fill venues and hotels in cities such as Barcelona or Madrid, so we check them before shortlisting.
Can we visit the venues before deciding?
Yes. We organise on-site or virtual site inspections of the shortlisted venues, and can combine them with hotel visits in the same trip.
