Key questions when choosing a DMC
Can we book just one service, like transfers or staff?
Yes. You can book a single service or combine several. Many clients start with one service and later extend the scope once they see how we work.
Do you only work in certain cities in Spain?
We have in-house teams in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia and work across Spain’s main MICE destinations, including Andalusia, the Balearic Islands and Bilbao, with local partners in each one. Other regions can be supported on request.
Can you coordinate services with our internal or agency team?
Of course. We regularly collaborate with in-house event teams and international agencies, integrating our services into your existing plans and workflows.
How far in advance should we confirm services?
The earlier the better, especially for venues, hotels and large groups. As a reference, 3 to 6 months works well for most corporate programmes, but we will always tell you what is realistic for your dates.
