Why companies choose us for team buildings in Ibiza
An island team that turns your brief into a great day on the ground
What companies actually value when they choose us for a team building in Ibiza comes down to five things, and they all come from running events on the island every season.
Planning a wider programme in Ibiza? Our DMC team in Ibiza can combine it with MICE in Ibiza and incentive travel in Ibiza.
01. Local expertise in Ibiza
We operate on the island, not from the mainland, with people who know which venues, suppliers and routes actually deliver. That local muscle is what makes the difference between a good idea on paper and a great day on the ground.
02. Fully customisable team buildings
We build every program around your group profile, objectives and budget, never from a fixed catalogue. Two teams visiting Ibiza the same week rarely get the same activity.
03. Multilingual project managers
Your project manager runs the whole experience in English, Spanish or the language your group needs, so international audiences feel looked after from the first email to the wrap-up.
04. End-to-end event management
From the brief to the closing toast, one team handles concept, venues, suppliers, logistics, transfers and on-site support, so your office stays out of the operational detail.
05. Access to venues you won't find online
Through long-standing relationships on Ibiza, we open up private fincas, hidden coves and venues that don’t appear on public booking platforms. The kind of settings that turn a team building into a real „where did you find this?“ moment.
How we organise your team building in Ibiza
A simple 4-step process, from brief to event day
01. Share your brief
Tell us about your team, dates, group size and what you want the day in Ibiza to achieve. A quick form or a 15-minute call is enough for us to start.
02. We align on your needs
Through a short call or by email, we agree on goals, budget, group profile and any specific requirements, from arrival logistics on the island to dietary preferences or accessibility needs.
03. Receive your tailored proposal
We come back with a customised team building program for Ibiza, including activity options, timings and venues, so you can pick what fits without endless back-and-forth.
04. We organise everything
Once approved, we lock in suppliers, venues, transfers and on-site support across the island. On the day, you and your team just show up and enjoy the experience.

FAQs
Key questions when choosing a Team Building in Ibiza
What does a typical team building day in Ibiza look like?
Most groups combine a morning activity with lunch and a relaxed afternoon close, often by the sea. We design the rhythm around your team’s energy: more challenge-driven if it’s a sales kick-off, more wellness if the group is coming off an intense quarter.
Do you organise team building on the water?
Yes, sailing regattas, paddle and SUP races, catamaran days and boat trips to Formentera are some of our most requested formats in Ibiza. Every water activity comes with qualified skippers, safety equipment and full insurance arranged on our side.
Can you handle international groups flying in just for the team building?
Absolutely. We coordinate inbound flights, airport meet-and-greet, ground transfers and local hosting, so a team flying in from several countries arrives relaxed and starts the activity without friction.
Are the activities suitable for mixed fitness levels?
Yes. Every team building in Ibiza is designed so that nobody feels left out, with parallel roles or lower-intensity alternatives built into the program. The day works for active groups and for teams that prefer a more relaxed format.
Can the team building be combined with a corporate event in the evening?
Often it is. Many companies pair the activity with a gala dinner, an awards ceremony or a corporate party at a beach club or Dalt Vila venue. We plan both blocks together so the day flows smoothly into the night.
Do you offer sustainable or CSR-focused team building options in Ibiza?
Yes, including beach clean-ups along the coast, reforestation activities in the island’s protected areas and partnerships with local social projects. CSR formats work especially well for groups that want the day to leave a positive mark on Ibiza, not just on the team.
