April to October is the strongest window for open-air events. Indoor venues run year-round, so Barcelona works as a true twelve-month destination. The weeks to plan around are the big trade fair weeks and mid-August, when Spain is on holiday.
Four to six months is the comfortable window, longer for iconic venues or trade fair weeks. Smaller formats and quieter dates can run on shorter timelines. If the dates are tight, contact us and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.
