What kind of corporate events do you produce in Ibiza?

Gala dinners, product launches, brand activations, sales kick-offs, summer and christmas parties, award nights and client appreciation events. The format changes from project to project, the production team behind it does not.

From intimate VIP dinners of around twenty guests to corporate parties and launches of several hundred. The right venue depends as much on the format as on the headcount, so we shape both together.

Late May to early October is the strongest window for open air events. Off season works for indoor venues and is often a better choice for product launches and corporate parties that want exclusivity and calmer rates.

For high season we recommend four to six months minimum, ideally more for top venues. For off season or smaller formats, shorter timelines are possible. If the dates are tight, contact us and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.

Yes. Open air events, late hours and certain venues need specific permits and noise licensing. We manage the paperwork end to end so the event itself can stay focused on production and guests.

Often it is. Many clients add a daytime activity, a beach club moment or a guided experience for the guests who arrive earlier, especially when people are flying in just for the night.
