Conferences, product launches, galas, kick-offs and brand activations across Modernist venues, rooftops and Fira halls, planned and produced by one local team.
An event in Barcelona arrives with audience built in. The city itself lifts attendance, raises the profile and gives the launch a story that travels home with your guests. For a conference, a product launch or a brand gala, that head start is the difference between a polite turnout and a room everyone wants to be in.
We work as one accountable local team, with concept, venue, production and guest care all in-house and people on the ground in Barcelona year-round. Whether your programme is a single event or runs across several days, the same team owns it end to end.
Different formats, one production team. Whatever moment your company wants to create, we’ve created it in Barcelona.
Year-end galas, milestone celebrations and VIP dinners in Modernist palaces and rooftop venues, with Michelin-level catering, table design and entertainment fully managed.
Sales kick-offs, team celebrations and year-end parties in venues that range from Poblenou warehouses to beach clubs, palaces and rooftops.
Product launches and brand activations that draw Barcelona’s press, partners and international audiences, with content capture built into the plan.
Award nights, client appreciation events and partner receptions in venues where Barcelona itself feels like part of the reward.

A Barcelona event sells itself before invitations go out. The city is one of the few in Europe where the audience flies in willingly, so attendance is rarely the question and seats fill faster than the agenda needs.
The variety is the other half. Poblenou warehouses, beach clubs, Modernist palaces and Fira halls all sit within thirty minutes of each other, so the venue can match the audience and the format precisely.
And the visual lasts. Photo and video from a Barcelona event ride Modernist palaces, Mediterranean rooftops and Gaudí backdrops far longer than any neutral hotel ballroom can, which is why launches, anniversaries and award nights pick the city over a generic venue back home.
Hotel rooftops and terraces with Mediterranean and Sagrada Família views, for receptions, launches and cocktails that benefit from the city’s skyline.
Gala dinners and high-end events inside Modernist masterpieces like Sant Pau and Palau de la Música, where the architecture does most of the staging.
Privatised plazas at Poble Espanyol on Montjuïc, for large product launches, brand activations and corporate parties that need scale, character and multiple set-ups in one venue.
Private villas, masías and seafront estates along the Costa Brava, an hour from Barcelona, for VIP retreats, executive incentives and exclusive parties at a different scale.
Three things decide whether a Barcelona event lands: the venue, the production and the team on the floor. We pick the venue, we produce the event, and our people run the floor. One team, one accountability line.
Backed by Tuset Eventos with 20+ years and 400+ vetted suppliers, we produce events in Barcelona with people based in the city year-round, not an agency parachuting in for the project.
Barcelona’s best venues book out months ahead, especially around MWC and ISE weeks. Our local relationships secure the right space for your format before it goes.
Staging, AV, lighting, catering, entertainment and content capture all sit under one team, so the event looks and sounds the way it was meant to from the start.
Every project comes with permits, insurance, risk assessments and multilingual on-site staff built in, so guests are looked after end to end and you stay fully covered.
We begin with format, audience, date and budget, then shape a creative concept that lands for both the brand and the city.
Venue options, run of show and look-and-feel come next, with clear alternatives and transparent costs broken down line by line.
Once approved, the venue, AV, catering, entertainment and guest logistics are locked into a single schedule, ready well before show day.
On site, our team runs the event, owns the run of show and handles the wrap-up once the last guest has left.

Reviews
From intimate VIP dinners of around twenty guests to corporate parties and launches of several hundred. The right venue depends as much on the format as on the headcount, so we shape both together.
For high season we recommend four to six months minimum, ideally more for top venues. For off season or smaller formats, shorter timelines are possible. If the dates are tight, contact us and we will tell you honestly what is realistic.
Yes. Open air events, late hours and certain venues need specific permits and noise licensing. We manage the paperwork end to end so the event itself can stay focused on production and guests.
Often it is. Many clients add a daytime activity, a beach club moment or a guided experience for the guests who arrive earlier, especially when people are flying in just for the night.
