Meetings, incentives, conferences and conventions in Spain’s political and economic capital. IFEMA, Castellana hotels, historic palaces and stadium hospitality, run by a Madrid-based team.
Tuset DMC / MICE Madrid
Madrid is where corporate Spain meets in person. Headquarters of every IBEX 35 company, base of the country’s banking, energy, telecoms and pharma sectors, and the natural landing point for Latin American executives flying into Europe. For a MICE programme that needs senior decision makers in the room, the capital removes the friction before the agenda even starts.
Tuset DMC runs MICE events in Madrid as an operator with presence in the capital, so meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions sit with one accountable team from kick-off through to the final delegate report.
Whatever the brief asks for, an internal sales week or a multinational pharma convention, the team running it stays the same, and so does the operational standard.
Incentive trips that pair the capital’s culture with rewards: tapas trails in La Latina, private Prado tours, flamenco evenings, Real Madrid stadium experiences and curated chef dinners.
Conferences and conventions for hundreds to several thousand delegates, hosted at IFEMA, the Centro de Convenciones Internacional, five-star ballrooms and university auditoriums.
Stand build-up, side events and brand activations within Fitur, ARCO and IFEMA’s congress calendar, with accreditation flows and on-site supervision built in.

Barajas is Europe’s busiest gateway to Latin America and connects Madrid directly with every European hub, so transatlantic delegates land easily. The AVE adds every major Spanish city within two and a half hours.
Four venue ecosystems, each fitted to a different MICE format and audience profile. We match the right setting to the agenda, the seniority and the production scale.
Five-star hotel ballrooms along the Paseo de la Castellana and Barrio de Salamanca, with conference rooms, breakout spaces and seamless delegate accommodation in the same building.
Palaces, museums and heritage spaces in Madrid de los Austrias and the Paseo del Arte for gala dinners, opening receptions and high-level corporate evenings.
Santiago Bernabéu, Cívitas Metropolitano and other signature settings for incentive hospitality, partner events and brand activations that need a moment delegates will talk about.
A MICE programme in the capital has its own pace. IFEMA dates push the city, hotel rates flex with the trade calendar, and the level of seniority in the room means there is little margin for error on the ground. Running it well takes a team that already works Madrid every week.
Backed by Tuset Eventos with 20+ years and 400+ vetted suppliers, our DMC Madrid team is on the ground in the capital. We know which venues protect the experience, which hotels honour the contract and which suppliers actually deliver under pressure.
From Barajas arrival flows for transatlantic delegates to AVE coordination for national audiences, hotel blocks, registration desks, badges, transport and departure waves, the delegate journey is mapped end to end before the event opens.
Fitur, ARCO and the heavy IFEMA congress weeks sell out the city. Our standing relationships across IFEMA, Castellana hotels and palace venues secure the right slot and the right rates before competing dates close in.
Insurance, security coordination for VIP attendees, accessibility, GDPR-compliant registration flows, multilingual staffing in English and Spanish, and ESG-aligned suppliers are built into every Madrid MICE programme from the outset.
We map the format, delegate numbers, audience seniority, dates and budget, and lock the success metrics before any venue is touched.
We propose Madrid venues and event design aligned with the audience, with clear capacity, layout and cost options for every shortlisted route.
Once approved, we coordinate hotel blocks, Barajas and AVE transfers, AV, production, catering, accreditation and on-site staffing into one master plan.
Our project lead and on-site host run the event in Madrid, manage suppliers in real time and handle the post-event wrap so the brand stays focused on the outcome.

Two different value propositions. Madrid wins when the audience is composed of senior decision-makers, when LATAM connectivity matters or when the programme depends on direct access to corporate Spain. Barcelona wins on the tech and innovation side and on lifestyle-led incentives. Many of our clients run both, with Madrid hosting the corporate day and Barcelona handling the experiential side.
Significantly. Late January (Fitur), late February (ARCO) and pharma/tech congress weeks at IFEMA absorb hotel inventory across the capital and push rates up by a meaningful margin. We map the IFEMA calendar from the start and tell you upfront whether your dates collide, so you can adjust or book very early.
Yes. Hospitality boxes, behind-the-scenes tours, on-pitch presentations and full match-day programmes at Santiago Bernabéu or Cívitas Metropolitano are part of our incentive and partner-event portfolio. Availability depends on the match calendar, so the earlier we know the dates the better the options we secure.
Barajas handles more direct LATAM routes than any other European airport, which is why Madrid converts so well for transatlantic audiences. We coordinate inbound flights, fast-track at the airport, ground transfers, Spanish-language hospitality and time-zone-aware agenda design so delegates arriving overnight do not start the event already exhausted.
Frequently. The AVE high-speed rail puts Seville, Málaga, Valencia, Zaragoza and Barcelona within two and a half hours of central Madrid. We design multi-city itineraries that use Madrid as the corporate hub and a second destination for the incentive or experiential layer, with rail logistics fully managed.
The strongest windows are mid-March to mid-June and mid-September to the end of November, when temperatures, hotel availability and city rhythm align well. January (outside Fitur) and the second half of December can also work for corporate meetings looking for quieter rates and shorter lead times.
